The hotel is located in a beautiful location. Close to Bryce canyon and other scenic views, hiking trails. Grocery shop, restaurants, camping areas, almost everything is available at this location. This hotel has a separate laundry building where you can wash and dry your cloths for fair prices. Machines are operating with quarters (coins only) therefore if you need change you can pop in the grocery store for it. Plenty of parking space for your car or truck or even for busses. Most shops are aiming tourist with lots of memorable staff starting from fridge magnets to clothing all the way to hand crafted things or even paintings. You will find all kinds of tours, hiking experience, ATV or UTV, e-bike or normal rentals etc... in the area. The hotel is well equipped with everything. Even it has a huge indoor pool and next to it there is spa pool (free to use) available for about 6-8 people to use at one time. Our room was tidy and big enough for me and my wife. Pricing was average, affordable and bufe breakfast was included in it. The hotel restaurant was very busy (almost always) that you need to queue for table and ones one freed up, they lead you to an available one, can't chose your spot. It has a good food choice for everyone to be satisfied. We enjoyed our stay here, even extended it with an extra night. Recommended to stay here.

The room was good-sized, clean and it came with a "pod-style" coffee maker (with "liquid" creamers) ... (nice touch for "first-thing-in-the-morning" coffee drinkers). Although we stayed there only one night, we enjoyed the ample selections of the buffet-style dinner, in the hotel's restaurant, and the "included" buffet breakfast the following morning (also with ample selections). Great Location! The only way to stay closer to the park would be "inside" the park itself! There's a large general store, and souvenir shop, (on site) both with a wide variety of goods. The hotel's grounds are huge, and the parking lot appears to have some special sections available for RVs, with what looks like some sort of hookup. Although we only had a limited amount of time to enjoy Bryce Canyon, we will be back! And, when we do, we will definitely stay at the Ruby Inn again!

It is a hotel but more like a lodge. Has everything you need in their little shop. It feels very western which is fun. It is an extremely small town and does seem to be the main hotel. The bathroom had some wear and tear and needed some maintenance updates (squeeks everytime you shift in the shower, peelin wall panels) but was functional. Beds were a little stiff but ok. Pillows a little overstuffed but ok. Super convenient location for Bryce canyon. They did have a nice free buffet breakfast in their restaurant which serves the basics (biscuits, gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, bacon, potatoes, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs). Some ppl have complained in reviews about nothing healthy which is accurate but they are serving your classic American hotel breakfast so I'd say it meets expectations.

Breakfast buffet has many healthy items like ripe fresh fruit and whole grain breads, bagels, cereals. There are lots of more indulgent items also... bacon, eggs, pancakes... something for everyone. Dinner offerings included three choices of fresh fish - which was unexpected but very welcome - as well as other entrees and a big buffet. The salad bar is extensive and top notch. Lots of good choices when you dine here. Service was friendly and responsive. The location is great... right next to the Park, with free National Park Service shuttle pickup in front of the Hotel. The shuttles run frequently into and throughout the Park.
